Abstract
The researcher believes that all current exercises tend to develop special physical abilities without emphasizing the mobilization of the necessary and necessary psychological energy that completes the athletic preparation, so he tended to prepare special exercises for psychological mobilization and physical training in the period of competitions for young 100-meter runners to demonstrate their impact on the development of rapid running and achievement. The research aimed to identify the effect of these exercises on the ability to run quickly and accomplish a 100-meter run on a sample of players who ran the U20 Youth Olympic Champion project in Najaf. The researcher determined the tests for the phases of performance that have a great relationship to achieving the achievement, which are the following: 5 meters running test, 10 meters running test, 50 meters running test, 100 meters running test, and all tests were from the sitting start. The researcher used the psychological energy scale prepared by the student [1]after conducting the scientific foundations for him to fit with the effectiveness of athletics, a pre-test was conducted during which psychological energy was measured by the scale after completing the tests that he determined. The researcher prepared psychological positions for psychological mobilization and increased arousal that are associated with physical exercises during the period of competitions.Which are often the intensity of exercises under the extreme to the extreme and similar to the racing situations. Psychological situations included daily meditation from half an hour to an hour. This psychological training exercises continued with work for 8 weeks at a rate of half an hour in the morning and half an evening and daily for six days per week (except for Friday), i.e. 40 psychological training units were implemented, an average of one hour per day, while the physical exercises for the pre-competition and competition period and for the same eight weeks. It was divided into (4 weeks) a period before the competitions, and (4) a week during the competitions period, and the intensity of the training ranged from 95-100% of the maximum intensity according to the best time completed for each training distance and according to the nature of the tests that were applied to this study. Then, the post-test was conducted after the end of the psychological approach, and the results were treated by statistical means, where the results indicated that all times of these stages have occurred in favor of the results of the post-tests of the experimental group and that the use of psychological energy training has achieved its purpose.Which is to reduce the level of tension, anxiety and negative situations that accompany the player's thoughts and increase positive cases, and thus reducing worry about the time of the competition stages.
