THE METHODOLOGY OF THE FORMATION OF TOURIST CLUSTERS: THE EXAMPLE OF THE REGIONS OF UZBEKISTAN

Abstract

The article scientifically substantiates the proposal to form a regional tourism cluster based on innovative approaches as an effective mechanism for cooperation between the state, business and science. A structure of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of tourism in the regions of Uzbekistan based on a cluster approach has been developed, consisting of blocks of specialization, coordination, consumers, science, financial and legal, related, and cluster elements have been identified, means and methods of interaction between them in the process of their functioning have been indicated .
