This study using work values dimension by Twenge et al. (2010)<br>that consisting of Extrinsic, Intrinsic, Leisure, Altruistic and Social Rewards. This study<br>employed a quantitative method to process data. An online questionnaire used in the data<br>collection method and gathered 132 data. The result of mean and aggregate mean calculation<br>indicated that the preference of Generation Z towards the job is Intrinsic value while the least<br>favorite is Leisure value which about work-life balance and more flexible position.
