In this regard the dates were gather from 22 banks out of 28 commercial bank in Nepal. Further, the pooled cross- sectional date analysis has been undertaken in the study. The results of this study depict that concentrate ownership pattern has positive association with a bank profitability. This study concluded that ownership structure and corporate governance variables could influences the decision making practice in Banking sector of Nepal. However larger board size could one of the major reason in delay in financial decision making.
