This study used qualitative<br>method with literature studies approach. There were three points resulted in this study. First, the<br>leadership character of Oto Iskandar di Nata was formed through his experience and contact with<br>his environment, and supported by his former ethnicity “Menak”. He also got an education from<br>two cultures, namely Sundanese and the Dutch culture, while the political background was<br>obtained from his experience in any organization. Second, his leadership characteristics in<br>Pasundan Association (PP) was a combination between modern leadership and Sundanese<br>leadership. His leadership character could be justified by a theory of transformational leadership,<br>charismatic, solidarity maker, administrator, and Sundanese leadership Pangimbuh Ning Twah.<br>Third, the model of Sundanese leadership in term of entrepreneurial spirit with an integrity was a <br><br>novelty of this study.
