ADVANCED HOUSING FUND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AS A TOOL FOR IMPROVING DELIVERY OF MUNICIPAL SERVICES ON CLIENT SATISFACTION

Abstract

Due to economic development of countries it is largely generated by the expanding cities, the
resources needed for municipal infrastructure. Tapping these resources, however, will require
significant improvement in the management of the cities. In this article, the authors studied
and comparatively analyzed the best practices of foreign countries in the housing fund
management and also developed proposals and recommendations for their use for improving
this system in the country for each client in the region satisfaction on services
