MUSICAL PSYCHOLOGY IN THE PROCESS OF EDUCATION
Abstract
The research paper reveals the basics of musical psychology. The essence and structure of
musical abilities and musical-cognitive processes - perception, thinking, imagination are
analyzed. The role of attention, will and emotions in musical activity is highlighted, the
psychological characteristics of musical creativity, as well as the psychophysical foundations
of the formation of performing technique are studied. It gives an idea of the basics of music
therapy.Designed for students of higher and secondary musical performing and musical
pedagogical educational institutions.
