DECISION MAKING FACTORS MOTIVATING RESPONDNETS TO SELECT STATE BANK OF INDIA
Abstract
Competition is the core aspect in any market. As such every commercial bank strives hard to function effectively by providing various innovative and quality services and tries to project its image as the best among the banks, these facilities play a vital role in selecting the particular type of bank. The quality of services that each bank offers determines the factor of preference for selection by the respondent customers. This study analyses the various factors motivating the customers in the selection of the State Bank of India.
