The case talks about Neosolutionzs, an IT organization based out of Delhi, India. It provides
end to end IT solutions for various organizations of all sorts across the globe. Headed by young
and dynamic Managing Director (MD), Mr. Suresh Randhawaa, the company has shown
incremental profits since inception and progressing very steadily. The company has introduced
blogs for communication in the organization. Managing Director is pushing every person to
use effectively the blogs. MD is well appreciating the concept and doing lot of marketing and
publicity. One fine day introduced, Ashok a budding Post Graduate student in Management to
his senior team. The problem started from there and led to the resignations of three senior team
