Abstract

Culture is a major factor that has a significant effect on lots of industries, especially the
educational sector. The aim of this paper is to present a review of the most important aspect of
the cultural components that effect on the educational sector and present the result of a pilot
study that inspect the effect of the cultural component on the Actual Use of Blackboard.
