will say that the lazy and lax life of man is an important reason behind many diseases
today. If the disease starts at an early age, the side effects can last a lifetime. In this
age of competition, just as parents are responsible to provide food and education, they
are also responsible to motivate their children to play and exercise regularly.
Immunity is an innate quality of resistance to any disease. When this power is low, a
person gets sick quickly. And if this power is in the right amount, the person does not
get sick quickly. Diseases like HIV weaken the body's immune system so HIV infected
