RIGHT TO PRIVACY AND ITS IMPACT ON SOCIETY: A CRITICAL ANALYSIS.

Abstract

Right to privacy is considered to be an indispensible element of Indian Constitution that associated with different aspects of the life of citizens. But sometimes the government of India implemented a lot of policies that has ant interrupting in the privacy of common people. Security of the state is also negatively impacted by the Right to privacy. Therefore this paper will make an effort for a critical study on different dimensions on Right to Privacy and its impact on citizens, security and other institutions of the society.
