Abstract

Sustainable universities are intended to make universities implement broad environmental
responsibilities and/ or policy sustainability. This research aimed to determine and analyze the effect
of intellectual capital consisting of human capital, structural capital, and relational capital on
sustainable university mediated by organizational citizenship behavior for the environment at Mercu
Buana University, Jakarta. This research used a quantitative approach by involving 170 employees as
the sample. Data were collected using questionnaires with a five-level Likert scale and then analyzed
using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) Version 3.2.8. This research revealed that intellectual capital
consisting of human capital, structural capital, and relational capital mediated by organizational
citizenship behavior for the environment has a positive and significant impact on sustainable
universities.
