PERCEPTIONAL OVERVIEW TOWARDS WEALTH MANAGEMENT AMONG WORKING WOMEN IN COIMBATORE CITY

Abstract

The number of working women has been rapidly increasing since last two decades, due to increasing rate of literacy among them, awareness of self entity and family needs. Now women are employed in education, insurance companies, medical, service industries, manufacturing industries, finance, government and other organizations. The approach of the civilization on women has been considerably altered. There is social acceptance of the women at work place. Organizations are now prepared for providing them flexible work plans so as to enable them to manage their domestic and official activities efficiently. Wealth management out of the income earned by the working women has been gaining significance.
