Abstract

The paper is designed to identify and analyse the Quality Work-Life (QWL) factors and Job satisfaction of employees. A high QWL is important for all types of organisations to beguile the new employees and to engage the existing one positively. Data for the study were gathered through Primary and secondary sources. a well-structured questionnaire was distributed among the respondents to collect the Primary data. The secondary sources like library resources, case studies and etc. were used to identify the factors relating to QWL. A sample of 160 responses were received the respondents from various private colleges in Andhra Pradesh. Likert’s five -point scale is used to present the data in the tabular columns and Simple percentage analysis was used for the data analysis. It is found from the study that Job satisfaction and QWL factors provided to the employees are directly associated with each other.
