Saudi Arabia faced its biggest challenge in producing skilled workers. Despites of the country wealth and prosperities, the country had to be dependent with foreign worker. Existing national face prejudice perception by the industy as they acknowledge Saudi national as poor in quality compared to foreigner. Thus, urged for details and comprehensive strategies from Saudi Arabia. As human resources developments are known as an essential tool in improving employee performance and organizational performance as whole, study that aim in investigating the impact of human resources development on organizational performance among academician at Saudi Arabia is necessary. The improvement that looks at the education perspectives believes will help in producing quality students and employee.
