Abstract

More specifically, the research objectives are as follows: To analyze the influence of competence
on employee performance at the Bali Province Human Resources Development Agency. To
analyze the influence of organizational culture on employee performance at the Bali Province
Human Resources Development Agency, to analyze the influence of competence on
organizational commitment at the Bali Province Human Resources Development Agency to
analyze the influence of organizational culture on organizational commitment at the Bali
Province Human Resources Development Agency.To analyze the effect of organizational
commitment on employee performance at the Bali Province Human Resources Development
Agency. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, the
conclusions of this research are as follows: Competence has a positive and significant effect on
employee performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee
performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.
Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
