Abstract

The phenomenon of administrative and financial corruption in the administrative machinery of the State would not have spread One of the most difficult and powerful challenges to development, stability and progress,Therefore, the Iraqi constitution is directed to fight this phenomenon through different legal means.

Integrity is one of the most important legal means to combat and eliminate corruptionThis is what has been discussed through this research.
