Abstract

Iraqi legislation did not agree on a unified term for special degrees, as the Civil Service Law No. (24) of 1960 amended called it the term private jobs, while the governorate council law No. (21) of 2008 amended called it the term senior positions, as for the decision of the Council The leadership of the dissolved revolution No. (380) for the year 1987 has been called the term leadership positions.
