Abstract

The teacher is one of the main pillars in the educational process and the effective element that relies on him in achieving the renaissance of society in various aspects of life. Whatever the quality levels of the teacher preparation process, however, it is not possible for it in our time that celebrates the continuous developments and changes to make it able to keep pace with these developments, without providing a helping hand and assistance to him to keep pace with the development in the rapid developments in the scientific disciplines, and the methods of teaching them, especially subject matter. Practical training, educational opinions have increased on the need to develop the teacher and train him on the latest devices and machines, and to rehabilitate him in line with the requirements of the times, and to keep pace with scientific and technical progress, and to raise the level of his performance. This topic has occupied the forefront of global educational development projects, and at the Arab level, there have recently been many local and regional conferences that called for the need to raise the level of teachers and teachers to keep pace with scientific development and explosion, and to raise the level of their performance. This research aims to know the reality of the professional performance of teachers of practical training in vocational schools in the city of Karbala, and to develop a strategic plan to address the crisis of vulnerability, and to develop performance in light of comprehensive quality standards. Therefore, the researcher conducted a field study in which he presented an open questionnaire that included several questions to a number of teachers and teachers of practical training, directors of vocational schools, and specialist supervisors in a sample of vocational schools in the city of Karbala to know the reality of the professional performance of subject teachers and ways to develop it in light of quality standards. In order to complete his research, the researcher used some diagrams, shapes and pictures of the research topic. And he used a group of Arab and foreign sources and references, and a number of experts from professors in psychological, educational and professional sciences to complete the research procedures. And get acquainted with the quality standards adopted by the General Directorate of Vocational Education by contacting the Director of Studies and Research in the Directorate.
