Abstract

The basic aim of this research paper is to address the framework of Contract management on how this is aligned with Public-Private Partnership (PPP) under Hybrid Annuity Model(HAM)model ,as to why thewastewater capital project development is best suited under HAM to execute, under the existing waste utility agency at the local level and its current wastewater tariff practices. What has been the lessons learned from waste-water plants constructedin Uttarakhand and how enabling institutional framework is being developed under thecapacity building program of the "National Missionof Conservationof Gange"(NMCG)
