Abstract

Leaders are the people who use their forces to improve their supporters and associations. Leaders are one of the key drivers for the improvement of development. Leadership is directly linked to the practises people are dedicated to. The leader's most important feature is its convincing character, which is positive in relation to the work performance of the devotee. "The power and participation of a person in a certain organisation was described as employee involvement. Commitment is a power that ties an individual to at least one goal in a game plan. Restricting refers to maintaining the relationship to the objective of commitment and is seen as the main result of commitment. The topics provided conform to their promise in this regard (s).
