A STUDY OF BLOCKCHAIN TECHNOLOGY ON SECURING THE PERSONAL HEALTH RECORD

Abstract

Over the last decade, the technology of blockchain has evolved and has received great attention from many sectors, including finance, government, electricity and health. This paper contains a comprehensive survey of healthcare use blockchain, continued research is in fact rapidly developing. We have therefore developed a number of papers on implementations of blockchain technology, such as the sharing of electronic records, remote patient surveillance, drug supply chain, etc. This lies on identification of the limitations of the approaches studied and then discussed open research and future fields. Still, there is a challenge to insert the blockchain technology into the current cloud solutions to reengineer the cloud datacentre. This survey focus on the issues and the current challenges in the blockchain and clouds.
